CLASS HOURS

 

Visitors are always welcome to observe classes at these times.

 

Note: There are no designated beginners class times. Instructors give special attention to beginning students and generally assign a senior student to work individually with a beginner to help them understand the basics of etiquette and proper Ukemi (falling techniques).
